Dark leafy green vegetables, low in carbohydrate and full of Vitamins (A, C, K and Folate) and Minerals (iron and calcium). Including this in your diet will support good health, best eaten raw or lightly steamed.

I steam a big batch to last a few days and add it with a good source of protein, for lunch and dinner.
