If you want to support good health, weight loss, energy throughout the day etc, you need a good breakfast, Oats are low in saturated fats, rich in carbs and fibre

, higher in protein than most other grains and high in many vitamins and minerals.

Benefits include lower blood sugar and cholesterol levels, protection against skin irritation and reduce constipation.

They are also very filling and have many properties that should make them a weight loss friendly food.

I have created a recipe that is quick and easy which is made the night before so you can either heat it up and enjoy at home or simple take from the fridge and eat on the go.
